How To Program Gliderol Remote Control Handsets. Quick Guide

Glidermatic GRD Remote control programming. 

Gliderol GRD roller door opener. How to program a remote control. 

1. Remove the cover from the control box by pulling the bottom of the cover forward. 
2. Locate the learn button on the small circuit board. 
3. Press and release the red learn button, a red LED will illuminate to indicate you are in learn mode. 
4. Press and release the top button on your remote control handset. 
5. The Led will go out to indicate that the remote control handset has been learned. 
6. Replace the control box cover. 

 The GRD uses the TM305c remote handset.

Gliderol GTS How to program a remote control handset.

1. Remove the light cover by pulling down the tab at the top of the light cover. 
2. Locate the learn button on the circuit board. *
3. Press and release the learn button, a red LED will illuminate to indicate that you are in learn mode. 
4. Press and release the first button on your remote control handset. 
5. The red LED will go out to indicate that the handset has been programmed and is ready for use. 
6. Replace the light cover. 

The GTS uses the TM305c remote control handset. 

*Early GTS openers have a red button located on the smaller circuit board that is attached to the main board. Newer GTS openers have a brown learn button located on the main board.

How to program a Glidermatic GRD+ remote control handset.

1. Press and hold the Enter button for 2 seconds to enter the programming mode You will hear 2 beeps. 
2. Press the arrow buttons to luminate the Learn mode in the programming menu. 
3. Press the Enter button to confirm. You will hear 3 beeps.  
4. Press the top button on your remote control handset. The unit will beep twice to confirm. 
5. Wait for 3 seconds for the unit to exit learning mode.
6. Press the handset button to test the remote function. Your door should run.

How to program a remote control to the Gliderol GTS+ Optima sectional door opener. 

1. Gently remove the light cover by pulling down on the tab at the top. 
2. Disconnect the light cover wires and put the cover to one side. 
3. Locate the brown learn button on the main circuit board. 
4. Press and release the learn button to illuminate the red LED. The unit will beep 3 times. 
5. Press and release the top button on your remote control handset. The unit will beep once to confirm. 
6. Reconnect the wires for the light cover and replace the cover to the opener. 
7. Press and release the remote control button to test the handset. 

The Glidermatic GTS+ uses the G+ TM390 remote control handset.

Gliderol Genesis & Genesis Optima Remote control programming.

How to program a remote control on the Gliderol Genesis & Genesis Optima door openers.   

1. Locate the control panel on your door opener. 
2. Press and release the Code button to display ‘-.-.’ on the digital display. You are now in learning mode. 
3. Press and hold the desired button on your remote that you would like to operate your door until the dots shown on the display flash. 
4. Release the button on your remote control. 

The Genesis and Genesis Optima use the G+ TM309 remote handset.
