The Comfort 270 operates doors weighing a maximum of 165kg, sectional doors with a width of up to 5.5 metres or up to 16.5m2. The 270 comes with a quiet 24v DC motor with a peak pulling force of 750n driving a C’rail belt drive for smooth operation.
Standard features include impact detection sensing. This safety feature will cause the door to stop and reverse its direction when an obstruction is detected.
Bright LED courtesy lighting that activates when you operate your garage door and is time set to automatically turn off.
Variable door speed options that are tuned in by the installer to match the demands of your door and the desires of fast opening and closing. Larger, heavier doors can be set to a slower speed to improve the life of the opener and reliability of the door operation. Smaller, lighter doors can be set to run faster to improve entry and exit speed to and from your garage.
Optional Auto Closing. With the inclusion of the optional Photo Eye beams you can set up your door to automatically close after a set period of time.
Comfort 270 comes with a 7 year motor warranty and 7 year electronics warranty.
